摘要
为建立一种快速、简易而实用的恶性疟诊断方法,应用快速薄层色谱法检测恶性疟病人血样中的恶性疟原虫乳酸脱氢酶(LactatedehydrogenaseofPla。,nodlunfalciparum,LDH一P),诊断恶性疟感染。结果显示,该方法的敏感性和特异性分别为90%和93.7%。应用快速薄层色谱法检测LDH-P诊断恶性疟,方法快速、简便,敏感性高、特异性强,具有很好的临床和现场应用前景。
To establish a method that can diagnose falciparum malaria quickly, the fastthin-layer chromatography method was used to detect lactate dehydrogenase of Plasmodiumfalciparum (LDH-P) from blood sample of patients with Plasmodium falciparum. 20 bloodsamples of patients with Plasmodium falciparum and 6 blood samples of patients withPlasmodium vivax diagnosed by microscopists, which had been collected from endemic areasof malaria in Hainan Province and 10 normal human blood samplse from an non-endemic areaof malaria were detected' 18 of 20 Plasmodium falciparum samples were positive. 1 of 6Plasmodium vivax samples was weak positive, and 10 normal blood samples were allnegative. The sensitivity and specificity of the method were 90% and 93' 7%' The methodhas high sensitivity and specificity in the diagnosis of falciparum malaria, and can beperformed easily and rapidly'
