云南株森林脑炎病毒感染恒河猴的实验观察

Experimental Observations on Rhesus Monkey Challenged by the Yunnan RSSE Virus

为进一步了解云南省森林脑炎病毒的致病性和免疫反应性，用云南株森林脑炎病毒（ＹＨ株）皮下感染恒河猴，观察其发病情况、病毒血症、特异性抗体消长和组织器官的病理变化。结果恒河猴呈轻型感染，病毒血症期约一周，抗体效价高达１：６０，脑组织病理改变较轻。表明恒河猴对云南株森林脑炎病毒敏感。

To observe the pathogenesis and immunogenicity of Yunnan RSSE Virus (YHstrain), Rhesus monkey was challenged by Injection of YH strain virus subcutaneously. Itwas observed that clinical picture, viremia, immune response and pathological change'Rhesus monkey had minor symptoms, virernia for about one weed, obvious immune responseagainst YHV and pathological changes of brain, lung, liver, kidney. The Rhesus monkey issusceptiblity to Yunnan RSSE Virus.
