摘要
本实验室建立了一则用于生物样品活性流基测定方法和实验程序。标准系列光密度与疏基含量成线性关系,在流基含量为0~5·0μg范围内六次检测的相关系数Y为0.9990~0.99997。同一含量巯基10个月内7次测定变异系数为1.2%,18份样品加标准回收率为90.0%~105.0%,回收变异系数为4·2%。用此方法Ca++,Mg++,SO42-,PO43-,K+,Na+,CNS,SO32-,CH3COO-和柠檬酸,葡萄糖,VitC在正常组织浓度中无干扰。若贮存于冰箱中,标准溶液稳定,使用期在6个月以上。最后讨论了检测中的注意事项。
A new method for active sulfhydryl group test in biological sample has beendeveloped in authors- laboratory' The process of experiment was reported in detail' Therelationship between the optical density of standard series and the sulfhydryl level was linearwith correlation coefficient of 0' 999 0 - 0. 999 97 tested six times when 0 - 5μg was thesulfhydryl content range. The coefficient of variation on one level sulfhydryl for seven timeswas 1. 2% tested within 10 months. The recovery rate of standard sulfhydryl added to thesample was 90. 0% - 105. 0% in 18 samples,with a coefficient of recovery variation of 4' 2 %'With this method, the test of sample was not interfered with SO.'- PO-, K+, Na+,CNS-, SO-, CH,COO-, glucose, VitC and citrate in normal level of serum the test ofsample were not interfered. The standard solution was stable and the useful term over sixmonths, if it was stored in refrigerator. Finally,the notice things in testing were discussed'
