摘要
把不同含量改性碱式硫酸镁晶须加入到高抗冲聚苯乙烯(HIPS)中,在二次开模条件下制备微发泡HIPS/硫酸镁晶须复合材料,分析了不同含量硫酸镁晶须对微发泡HIPS复合材料泡孔结构和力学性能的影响。结果表明,随晶须含量增加,泡孔平均直径逐渐减小,泡孔密度逐渐增加;晶须质量分数为5%时泡孔直径为25.091μm,泡孔密度达到1.0×10~7个/cm^3。
The modified basic magnesium sulfate (MgSO4) whisker was added into HIPS with different content. The microcellular foaming HIPS/MgSO4 whisker composites was made under the condition of twice opening mold. The effect rule of content of MgSO4 whisker on foaming behavior and microcellular foaming mechanical properties was analysed. The results show that with the increase of whisker content,cell diameter decreases,cell density increases gradually. The cell diameter is 25. 091 μm,and cell density is 1.0×10^7 cells/cm^3 when the mass ratio of whisker is 5%.
