摘要
分析了双曲肘斜排列七支点合模机构的性能特征、行程特性及力学性能,研究了移模行程、锁模油缸活塞杆行程、锁模力、锁模油缸内径等机构关键技术参数的计算理论和工程计算准则,研究了机构的主要技术设计参数特征,提出了主要技术参数的设计准则,并通过实例验证了设计计算理论和公式的可行性。
The mechanism characteristic and the stroke characteristic and the mechanical properties of the twin-toggle slanting arrangement seven fulcrums clomping structure were analyzed. The key technologies parameter calculation theory,the engineering calculation criterion of the moving stroke, the clomping cylinder connecting rod stroke, the locking force and the clomping cylinder inside diameter were studied. The characteristic of the main design technology parameter was researched. The design criterion of the main design technology parameter was proposed. The feasibility of the design calculation theory and the formula was confirmed through the example.
