摘要
论述了聚酰胺(PA)增韧、增强改性的研究进展,对PA/橡胶弹性体、PA/热塑性弹性体、PA/刚性有机高分子、PA/刚性无机粒子的增韧体系,不同类型PA合金,以及纤维增强、无机物填充等几类填充增强体系进行了详细介绍。结果认为,PA的发展趋势将以高性能、高强度、高韧性为主流,合金化是实现PA高性能的重要途径。
Advances in the toughening and reinforcement of PA were reviewed. Several toughening systems were discussed including PA/polyolefin-elastomer, PA/thermoplastic elastomer, PA/rigid organic polymer, PA/rigid inorganic particles, and some different types of PA alloys, as well as several reinforcement systems such as PA rein- forced by glassfiber, inorganic fillers, and etc. The results show that the excellent properties of high strength and high toughness of PA may achieve remarkable development tendency and the research on PA alloys is an important way to improve the excellent properties.
