摘要 介绍了影响微注射成型过程中流变和充填性能的主要因素,重点综述了近年来国内外关于这些影响因素的相关研究情况及进展,同时对该领域今后发展趋势和研究热点进行了展望。 The main effect factors for polymer melt rheological behaviour and filling capability in microinjection molding were reviewed. Recent development at home and abroad for the experimental study on these effect factors was summarized principally. Moreover, the future trends and the research hots in this area were forecasted.
