摘要
KTC80型切丝机导丝条配件国产化后,国产导丝条在生产过程中出现排丝不畅、烟丝粘连等问题,为减少切丝过程中的夹刀现象,通过分析国产和进口导丝条的结构差异,发现抛料槽圆角半径不一致是导致国产导丝条排丝不畅的主要原因。为此,对国产导丝条进行了局部改进,导丝条抛料槽圆角半径由1.75 mm增大到2 mm,导丝条高度由28 mm增加到28.3 mm。改进后导丝条经实际应用,排丝不畅、烟丝粘连等问题得到了较大缓解,与进口导丝条、改进前国产导丝条相比,半年内夹刀次数分别减少了35次和60次;因夹刀造成的累计停机清理时间分别缩短了175 m in和300 m in;导丝条的换件数量分别减少了1件和9件;导丝条更换费用分别降低了91%和50%。
In KTC80 tobacco cutter with domestic tobacco guide strips, the output cut tobacco tends to stick together and not flow smoothly, in worst conditions even clamp the knife blade. By analyzing the structural difference between imported and domestic tobacco guide strips, it was found that the different inside radius of cut tobacco chute was the main reason causing the problems. Therefore, the radius was enlarged from 1.75 to 2 mm and the height of tobacco guide strip increased from 28 to 28.3 ram. Comparing with imported tobacco guide strip and unimproved domestic tobacco guide strip, the frequency of knife being clamped reduced by 35 and 60 times, the accumulated downtime for cleaning the clamped knife decreased by 175 and 300 minutes, the number of replaced strips reduced by 1 and 9 pieces, and the cost of strip replacing decreased by 91% and 50% , respectively, in 6 months.
