中国省际工业能源效率与节能潜力:基于DEA的实证和模拟

本文以中国省际工业为研究对象,运用DEA效率评价方法,实证测算并分析了全国30个省份的工业全要素能源效率、可节能量和节能潜力,研究了影响工业能源效率的因素。结论认为,我国各省份工业能源效率差异较大,工业能源效率较高的省份主要集中在东部沿海经济发达地区,中西部地区的省份工业能源利用效率较低,工业节能潜力和节能规模较大,其工业能源效率提高对于全国能源效率及节能力度有较强的拉动力。工业R&D投入增加、资本深化有利于提高工业能源效率,并且统计检验显著;行业集中度对提高工业能源效率有正向影响;企业平均规模对工业能源效率产生显著的负效应;外资进入并没有对提高工业能源效率起到积极作用,但统计检验不显著。研究结果对于根据地区差异制定有差别的能源经济政策具有良好的启示与借鉴作用。

The article base on the inter-provincial industry, the use of DEA efficiency evaluation method, empirical measurement and analysis of the 30 provinces of the country＇s industrial total factor energy efficiency, energy savings and energy-saving potential of the factors affecting industrial energy efficiency. Concluded that, China＇s industrial energy efficiency in the provinces are quite different provinces with higher energy efficiency industries mainly in the coastal economically developed areas in eastern, central and western regions of the province of lower industrial energy efficiency, industrial energy-saving potential and energy a larger scale, its industrial energy efficiency improvements in energy efficiency and energy conservation for the national efforts to have strong pulling power. Industrial R ＆ D investment increased, capital deepening help to improve industrial energy efficiency and a significant statistical test;industry concentration on improving industrial energy efficiency has a positive impact;enterprises on industrial energy efficiency, the average size of a significant negative effect ; Foreign capital did not improve industrial energy efficiency play a positive role, but the statistical test is not significant. The results for the development of differentiated according to regional differences in economic policy, energy with good insoiration and reference.
