抗生素致双硫仑样反应患者的临床表现及还原型谷胱甘肽干预的疗效探讨

Clinical manifestations and the therapeutical effects of reduced glutathione on disuifiram - like reaction caused by antibiotics

目的探讨抗生素导致双硫仑样反应的临床表现及还原型谷胱甘肽治疗双硫仑样反应的疗效。方法分析23例双硫仑样反应患者应用抗生素与饮酒的关系及临床表现，观察还原型谷胱甘肽静脉滴注干预并辅以GICK液、补液扩容等治疗的疗效。结果本组23例患者中15例在应用还原型谷胱甘肽后10～30min内症状缓解，其余8例在使用GICK液辅助治疗过程中（30—180min）恢复。结论应用还原型谷胱甘肽治疗双硫仑样反应显效快，笔者认为有研究推广价值。

Objective To analyze the clinical manifestations of disulfiram - like reactions caused by antibiotics and investigate the therapeutical effeets of reduced glutathione. Methods Twenty - three eases of disulfiram - like reaction caused by antibioties were observed and the recovery times after administration of reduced glutathione were recorded. Results Of all 23 patients, 15 eases alleviated in 10 to 30 minutes after administration of reduced glutathione and the remained 8 cases reeovered in 30 to 180 minutes after reduced glutathione treatment and GICK assistant therapy. Conclusions A better effect of redueed glutathione was observed in treating disulfiram - like re- actions. This way of treating disulfiram - like reactions is recommended to further study and application by the author.
