摘要
目的 测定二氢卟吩e66酰胺衍生物(CEAD) 的光动力敏化作用,为发展新的光动力药物提供依据。方法 用紫外分光光度法测定12 种二氢卟吩e66酰胺衍生物(CEAD) 在重水中对NADPH 氧化作用的光动力敏化效应,并测定了不同的有机介质(如甲醇、乙醇、四氢呋喃、二甲亚砜) 对光动力敏化效应的影响。结果 CEAD在重水中对NADPH氧化作用的光动力敏化效应明显高于血卟啉衍生物(P< 0-05) ,且不同有机介质对光动力敏化效应的影响是不同的,其中二甲亚砜(DMSO) 对光动力敏化效应的影响最大(P<0-05)。结论 CEAD有可能是一类具有良好开发潜力的光动力治癌新药。
Objective To develop new tumor photodynamic drugs by determining photodynamic sensitizing effects of chlorin e 6 6 amide derivatives(CEAD). Methods The sensitizing effects of twelve chlorin e 6 6 amide derivatives (CEAD) together with the influence of organic media (MeOH、EtOH、THF、DMSO) on photooxidation of NADPH in D 2O were determined through UV spectrometry. Results It was shown that the photosensitizing effects of chlorin e 6 6 amide derivatives (CEAD) were much higher than that of HpD(P<0 05), and the influence of various organic media on photosensitizing effects was different. Among these organic media, the influence of DMSO was the most pronounced(P<0 05). Conclusions Chlorin e 6 6 amides may be promising in future development of new drugs for tumor photodynamic therapy.
