摘要
光学系统及探测器的极限分辨率是影响激光主动成像系统分辨能力的主要因素,系统调制传递函数(MTF)是表征系统性能的重要指标。为了提高激光主动成像系统成像分辨率和MTF,分析了接收光学系统和探测器尺寸间的相互匹配关系,给出了光学系统参数的设计步骤,并对匹配条件和设计方法进行了实验验证。
Optical system and detector's limit resolution are the main factors to influence tile resolution of laser active imaging system. Modulation transfer function (MTF) is an important index to represent system performance. To improve imaging resolution and MTF, the interrelation of receiving optical system and detector size is analyzed, and the design steps of optical system parameters are given. The matching condition and design procedure are proved by experiments.
