夹层型聚甲基丙烯酸酯系复合吸油材料制备与性能

摘要 以甲基丙烯酸β羟乙酯(HEMA)为交联剂,采用悬浮聚合法与半互穿网络技术制得夹层型聚甲基丙烯酸酯系复合吸油材料,对其吸油率、保油率、凝胶分率以及聚合物溶剂相互作用参数等相关性能进行研究和分析。另外,利用傅里叶变换红外光谱及动态热机械分析仪对其结构和热性能进行表征。结果表明,复合吸油材料中存在物理交联结构,随HEMA质量分数的增加,形成的半互穿网络结构交联程度提高,在HEMA用量适当时,该材料具有良好的吸油性能,且对甲苯、三氯乙烯的最大吸收量分别可达7.5、8.0 g/g。 Sandwich polymethacrylate based composite oil absorber was prepared by suspension polymerization and semi-interpenetrating networks(semi-IPN) using hydroxyethyl methacrylate(HEMA) as crosslinker,and the correlation of its oil absorption rate,oil retaining rate,gel fraction and polymer-solvent interaction parameter was investigated.The structure and thermal properties of the composite oil absorber were characterized by using attenuated total reflection Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and dynamic mechanical thermal analyzer.The results showed that there was physical cross-linking structure in the oil absorber.As the mass fraction of HEMA increases,more perfect semi-IPN crosslinking structure was formed.With appropriate amount of HEMA,the oil absorber has excellent oil-absorptive performance with maximum oil absorbency to toluene and trichloroethylene up to 7.5 g/g and 8.0 g/g respectively.
