基于羊毛纤维色氨酸的无染料显色工艺 被引量:8

摘要 利用3,4-二羟基苯甲醛溶液和硝酸对羊毛织物进行处理,在酸性条件下可在纤维上显示颜色。通过一系列实验,探讨了3,4-二羟基苯甲醛在硝酸条件下的显色工艺,考察了质量分数、温度、时间对显色结果的影响。结果表明:处理后的羊毛织物显示为黄色,色泽鲜艳,其水洗牢度、干摩擦色牢度均达到4级以上;而且其纤维表面结构、断裂强力基本没有变化,手感较好,反应时间缩短。最佳工艺条件为:3,4-二羟基苯甲醛溶液的质量分数2.5%,浓硝酸的质量分数1.5%,处理温度80℃,处理时间2 min,浴比1∶25。 When wool is treated with 3,4-dihydroxy benzaldehyde solution and nitric acid,the wool will be colored under acid condition.A series of experiments were conducted to investigate the wool coloring process with 3,4-dihydroxy benzaldehyde in the presence of nitric acid.The influence of mass fraction,temperature and time on the coloring result was studied.The results indicated that the color of treated fabric showed brilliant yellow,with both washing fastness and dry rubbing fastness up to rate 4 or above.Meanwhile,the morphology and breaking strength of the treated fabric exhibited little change.Other benefits included better hand feeling and shorter reaction time.The optimal conditions of dye-free coloration are 3,4-dihydroxy benzaldehyde solution and concentrated nitric acid solution 2.5% and 1.5% respectively,reacting temperature 80 ℃,reacting time 2 min and bath ratio 1∶25.
