Evaluation and optimization of apparel supplying-purchasing process

跨国采购流程中对供应商选择的战略研究对我国的服装业具有重要意义,且该研究主要集中在供应商的选择标准和方法2方面。通过对94家相关服装企业进行问卷调研和深度访谈,以供应商和采购商对采购指标的不同关注度为基点,利用因子分析、层次分析法及SPSS统计软件等工具,解析出服装采购商和供应商各自的评价指标和权重因子。针对采供双方的关注重点以及经主成分分析后萃取的主要因子,对服装采购供应流程优化提出了具有实践性的建议。

Research into strategically choosing the right suppliers during global sourcing has very important meaning to China′s apparel industry.Supplier choosing research falls into two categories,choosing standards and choosing methods.A questionnaire survey of 94 apparel enterprises and depth interviews were conducted,and based on the different emphasis of apparel suppliers and purchasers on the procurement index,the evaluation indicators and weighting factors of both two sides were analyzed respectively by factor analysis,AHP and SPSS statistical software.Aiming at different emphasis of apparel suppliers and purchasers on the procurement index and the main factors extracted from principal component analysis of the suppliers and purchasers,practical suggestions on apparel supplying-purchasing process are presented.
