摘要
利用摩擦磨损试验机综合试验台,通过模拟壁虎实际在墙壁上爬行过程来研究分析壁虎脚掌刚毛接触力学,并对试验前后的离体壁虎刚毛进行微观分析。实验得出:同样的预负载下,对于不同的接触面,顺刚毛方向的切向力都远远大于逆刚毛方向的切向力,证明壁虎在实际运动中,通过在顺着刚毛方向上与接触面黏附,在逆刚毛方向上与接触面脱附;材料本身的性质或材料的粗糙度对壁虎刚毛切向力有影响。
The gecko setae' contact mechanics were studied by simulating the gecko which moves on the wall on the wear and abrasion test machine and the gecko setae was analyzed before and after the experiments. The results show that tangential force along the setae is greater than which the inverse direction of the setae on the same pre-load and different interface. It proves that the gecko adheres to the surface by the direction along the setae and detaches the surface in the reverse direction in the actual movement and the nature of the material itself or the material roughness affects the tangential force.
