Failure Analysis and Improvement of Fire Pump in Offshore Oil Production Platform

对海上原油生产平台消防泵站泵轴的断裂问题进行分析,找出泵轴现场安装调整存在的问题,以及泵维修时轴向串量调整存在的问题,制订消防泵叶轮轴向位置现场调整方案,更新消防泵轴向间隙调整要求,从而降低消防泵的非正常维修,减轻现场工作人员的维修工作量,保证平台消防泵长期稳定运行。

By analyzing the problem of broken pump shaft of fire pump in offshore oil production platform, problems ex- isted among onsite installation and adjustment of the pump shaft were found, as well as during adjusting axial clearance in its repairing. Onsite impeller adjustment procedure for axial position was established, and axial clearance adjustment proce- dure for repairing the fire pump in workshop was verified. To implement the procedure reduces its not normal repairing, re- duces the onsite work load, and ensures its reliability and long working life.
