摘要
探讨可应用于粗纱机的节能技术。应用F/N矩阵分析法对粗纱机进行了节能分析,发现以电机调速节能为主,同时进行更换光源、工作模式增效等节能措施,可以达到节约设备运转能耗的目的;通过实现电机平缓启停、高低速无级调速程序设计,辅助功能间歇运行方式设计,控制系统屏保设计等多种节能技术的综合运用,可明显降低FA系列粗纱机的能耗。指出:各纺织设备及空调系统均可通过节能分析找到相应的节能措施,达到节能的目的。
Energy-saving technology on roving machine was researched. F/N matrix analysis was used to analyze roving machine energy-saving. Equipment run energy consumption could be saved through adjusting motor mainly, at same time changing light source,working mode et al. Energy consumption of FA series roving machines could be reduced obviously through smoothly controlling motor start and stop, designing stepless adjusting-speed programming, designing auxiliary function intermittent operation,designing control system screensaver et al. It is pointed out that related energy saving measures can be found out for each textile equipment and air conditioning system, aims of energy saving can be realized.
