Practice of Producing Yarn Used in Mitong Fabric on Traditional Spinning Equipment

探讨传统纺纱设备生产米通布用纱的工艺技术措施。针对米通布用纱的质量要求,通过对传统纺纱设备挖潜、对关键工序创新改造并采取一系列工艺技术措施,探索出一条适于生产米通布用纱的工艺路线。实践证明,该工艺路线不但节省了前纺的纺纱设备,而且减少了用工,同时使产品的质量得到稳定和提高。

Processing technology measrues of producing yarn used in Mitong fabric on traditional spinning equipment were discussed. According to the yarn demands, a series of processing technology measures were adopted and the equipments were fully used,key processing was innovated, one processing line of suitable for yarn used in Mitong fabric can be got. The practice shows that equipments and labors can be saved and product quality can be improved stably by adopting the processing.
