摘要
为了降低CJ 9.7 tex紧密纱的细小纱疵,提高成纱质量,分析了络筒工序对成纱质量的影响,对防辫杆位置、张力盘压力和预清纱板隔距进行了优化,使得筒纱的细小纱疵得到较明显降低,且条干均匀度等指标都得到了一定程度的改善。
To reduce CJ 9.7 tex compact yarn fine yarn defects,improve spinning yarn quality, the effect factors in winding process were analyzed. The braid resistant pole position, tension disc pressure and pre-elearer guide plate gauge were optimized,then the cheese fine yarn defects can be reduced obviously ,the yarn evenness and other indexes can be improved to certain degree.
