工业草酸与氢氧化镁制备纳米氧化镁的研究 被引量:6

摘要 以工业草酸和氢氧化镁为原料,通过控制实验条件以期制得纳米氧化镁。研究了煅烧温度、煅烧时间、反应温度、反应时间、草酸浓度和表面活性剂浓度对氧化镁产品粒径的影响,并采用X射线衍射(XRD)、热重差热分析(TG-DTA)、扫描电镜(SEM)等手段对产品进行了表征。研究表明,草酸浓度为0.8 mol/L、表面活性剂浓度为1.0 mmol/L、在40℃反应20 min得到的中间产物在600℃煅烧2 h,可制得纳米氧化镁,粒径在50 nm左右。本方法得到的氧化镁产品纯度高,工艺简单,操作方便,对设备技术要求不高,易于工业化生产。 Industrial oxalic acid and magnesium hydroxide were used as raw materials aiming to prepare nano-sized magnesia by controlling the experiment conditions.Influences of calcination temperature,calcination time,reaction temperature,reaction time,oxalic acid concentration,and surfactant concentration on particle size of magnesia products were stu-died.Products were characterized by means of X-ray diffraction(XRD),thermogravimetric differential thermal analysis(TG-DTA),and scanning electron microscopy(SEM) etc..Results showed that when oxalic acid concentration was 0.8 mol/L,the concentration of surfactant was 1.0 mmol/L,reaction at 40 ℃ for 20 min,and calcination at 600 ℃ for 2 h,nano-sized magnesia with particle size about 50 nm can be obtained.The product prepared by this method has many advantages,such as high purity,simple process,convenient operation,less demanding on the equipment and technology,and easy-to-industrial production.
