摘要
从长期施用多菌灵农药的葡萄园中分离筛选得到一株多菌灵降解菌XJ-H,经Biolog微生物自动分析系统和16S rDNA序列比对以及系统聚类分析等鉴定菌株XJ-H为巴西固氮螺菌(Azospirillum brasilense)。多菌灵降解菌XJ-H可利用多菌灵为唯一碳源、氮源进行生长,将其接种在600 mg.L-1多菌灵的无机盐培养基中,11 d时多菌灵的降解率达到95.6%,平均降解能力为52.2 mg.L-1.d-1。
By the method of continuous enrichment culture, a high efficient carbendazim-degrad- ing bacterial strain XJ-H was isolated from the grape vineyard soil with a long-term application of carbendazim in Shihezi of Xinjiang, Northwest China. Through the Biolog analysis, 16S rDNA sequences comparison, and phylogenetic analysis, the XJ-H was identified as AzospiriUum brasilense. The XJ-H could utilize carbendazim as the sole carbon or nitrogen source. After inoculated into the mineral salt medium containing 600 mg · L^-1 of carbendazim, the XJ-H could degrade 95.6% of carbendazim within 11 d, with an average degradation rate of 52. 24 mg ·L^-1· d^-1.
