摘要
科学基金项目管理的各个阶段存在各种类型的风险,风险控制应贯穿于科学基金项目管理全过程。本文通过分析科学基金项目管理的详细流程,研究其参与主体特性,定义了科学基金项目管理过程中的时间风险、知识风险、科技风险和其他风险,分析风险要素和内涵,提出风险控制的方法,使科学基金项目得到有效实施。
Various types of risk exist at all stages of the science foundation management; risk control should be run through the whole process of science foundation management. In this paper, we study the main characteristics of participants by a detailed analysis of science foundation management processes, and define the project＇s risk, such as time risk, knowledge risk, technology risk and other risk; we also analyze factors and content of each risk, and then propose risk control methods to make science foundation to be implemented effectively.
