正交试验优选地补更年安颗粒中五味子药材的醇提工艺

Optimazition of the Ethanol Extraction of Schisandra chinensis in Dibu Gengnianan Granules by Orthogonal Test

目的:优选地补更年安颗粒中五味子药材的醇提工艺。方法:以乙醇浓度、溶媒用量、提取时间为考察因素,以五味子醇甲含量和浸膏得率的综合评分为评价指标,采用正交试验优选制剂中五味子药材醇提最佳工艺。结果:最佳醇提工艺为五味子加10倍量95%乙醇回流提取3h。结论:优选工艺简单、可行,可为该制剂的后续研究提供理论依据。

OBJECTIVE：To optimize the ethanol extraction of Schisandro chinensis in Dibu gengnianan granules.METHODS：Orthogonal test was used to optimize the extraction technology of Dibu gengnianan granules using ethanol concentration,ethanol amount and extraction time as factors and with the content of schisandrin and the yield of extract as index.RESULTS：Optimized extraction process was as follows：S.chinensis was extracted with 10-fold 95% alcohol for 3 h by the method of refluxing.CONCLUSION：The optimal process is simple and feasible,and can provided reference for sequential studies.
