摘要
目的:分析经CO2超临界流体萃取(SFE-CO2)技术提取的广西细叶桉果实的化学成分。方法:采用SFE-CO2法从细叶桉果实中提取化学成分,气相色谱-质谱联用法对其进行分析,并用峰面积归一化法确定各化学成分的相对百分含量。结果:细叶桉果实的SFE-CO2提取物共鉴定出34种化合物,占色谱峰总面积的80.26%。其化学组分主要是二十九烷(10.36%)、1,1′-(1,2-乙基)二十氢萘(8.20%)、3(-1-甲酰基-3,4-亚甲二氧基苯基)苯甲酸甲酯(5.04%)、二十七烷(5.04%)、十五烷(4.84%)、甲氧基肉桂酸乙酯(4.33%)、9-甲基十九烷(4.24%)等。结论:SFE-CO2法可用于细叶桉果实中化学成分的提取,简便、快捷、效率较高。本研究可为细叶桉果实的进一步开发利用提供科学依据。
OBJECTIVE:To analyze the chemical components from the fruits of Eucalyptus tereticornis in Guangxi extracted by supercritical fluid CO2 extraction(SFE-CO2).METHODS:Supercritical fluid CO2 extraction was used to extract the fruits of E.tereticornis.The chemical components from the fruits of E.tereticornis were analyzed by GC-MS and relative percentage of chemical components was determined by normalization method.RESULTS:34 components which account for about 80.26% of the total area were separated and identified.The main chemical compounds of extraction were nonacosane(10.36%),1,1'-(1,2-ethanediyl) naphthalene(8.20%),methyl 3-(1-formyl-3,4-methylenedioxy)benzoate(5.04%),heptacosane(5.04%),pentadecane(4.84%),methoxy-cinnamic acid(4.33%),9-methyl-nonadecane(4.24%).CONCLUSION:Supercritical CO2 fluid extraction can be used for the extraction of chemical composition of the fruits of E.tereticornis.The method is simple,convenient and effective method.This study can be served as a scientific basis for the further exploitation and utilization of the fruits of E.tereticornis.
