Analysis of 150 ADR Cases Caused by Traditional Chinese Medicine and Precaution

目的:通过数据分析探讨中药不良反应(ADR)的预防方案。方法:收集整理我院2007年5月-2010年5月间ADR中涉及中药150例报告并进行分析。结果:中药ADR累及的器官或系统以皮肤损害最为常见;药物类别以内科用药的祛瘀剂、扶正剂较多;剂型以中药注射剂最多。结论:应加强对中药ADR的监测与管理,降低其发生率,维护患者健康。

OBJECTIVE：To investigate the precaution of adverse drug reaction（ADR）caused by traditional Chinese medicine by data analysis.METHODS：150 ADR cases reported in our hospital from May 2007 to May 2010 were analyzed statistically.RESULTS：Main clinical manifestations were lesion of skin and its appendents.Drug category was mostly preparation for removing blood stasis and Fuzheng preparation.Most of ADR cases were caused by traditional Chinese medicine injections.CONCLUSION：More attention should be paid to traditional Chinese medicine-induced ADR monitoring and management in order to decrease the incidence rate of ADR and protect patients health.
