旅游发展初级阶段弱权利意识型古村落社区增权研究——以浙江省楠溪江芙蓉村为例

On the Study of Empowerment in Weak-right Awareness-type Ancient Village Community under the Initial Stage of Tourism Development——A Case of Furong Village at Nanxi River Basin,Zhejiang Province

近年来,社区增权引起国内旅游研究者关注,从当前的理论和实践情况看,需要探寻不同类型旅游目的地的本土化增权理论和建议。文章以浙江省永嘉县境内的楠溪江古村落群为例,对旅游发展初级阶段弱权利意识型古村落社区展开了研究。基于田野调查,文章提出了一个综合性的社区去权考察方法,指出了此类旅游地的去权根源及增权途径,其中,增权途径的探讨是在实证研究基础上的适度延伸,它为实践提供了可试错但试错成本又较小的方案。文章还澄清了心理权力激发型增权和制度供给型增权的前提,对于当前不讨论前提的心理增权优先与制度增权优先之争,这种澄清前提、划定界限的学术活动十分必要。

Recently,community empowerment has aroused concern from domestic tourism researchers.Viewing from the current theoretical and practical situation,we need to explore theory and suggestions regarding localized empowerment in different types of tourism destinations.The paper,taking Furong Ancient Village at Nanxi River Basin as a case,makes a study of weak-right awareness-type ancient village community under the initial stage of tourism development.Based on the field survey,the paper offers a comprehensive disempowerment inspection approach and points out the disempowerment source and empowerment path.The discussion of empowerment path is a moderate extension based on an empirical study.It provides a plan that will cost less for any mistakes made.The paper clarifies the prerequisite of psychological power stimulating-type empowerment and institution provision-type empowerment.As we do not discuss the superiority of these empowerment currently,it is quite necessary to hold academic activities to clarity the prerequisite and differentiate the dividing line.
