摘要
在线性位移传感器、STM32微控制器、无线传输技术的基础上,设计了一种多通道的裂缝位移监测仪。重点介绍了该监测仪器的总体设计方案及硬软件结构。该监测仪器结构简单、功能实用,能实现对裂缝的远程、实时、自动监测。经室内模拟实验,验证了位移监测仪工作稳定,可以应用于野外裂缝的实际监测中。
A multi-channel crack displacement monitoring instrument is designed by combining the linear position sensors, STM32 micro controller and wireless transmission technology. The overall design scheme, the hardware structure and the soft structure are introduced in detail. The monitoring instrument has advantages in simple structure, practical function and it can achieve the aim of remote, real-time and automatic monitoring for crack displacement. At last, this paper presents a simulation experiment, and the result indicates that the instrument can work stablely and can be applied to the actual monitoring of field cracks.
