摘要
采用升流式固体厌氧反应器(USR)高温全糟发酵工艺处理高浓度酒糟废液并对沼气进行净化提纯,控制USR消化温度为55℃,反应器混合液碱度保持在3 000 mg/L左右,有机负荷为4 kgCOD/(m3.d),出水挥发酸一般在500 mg/L以下,pH值为6.7~7.6,单位池容产气量为1.8 m3/m3。USR/UASB/好氧处理工艺对COD的去除率>99%,出水水质满足排放要求。沼气经过净化提纯后,甲烷含量达到98%、硫化氢含量<20 mg/m3,实现了沼气的高值利用。
The thermophilic fermentative process in upflow anaerobic solid reactor(USR)was used for treating high-concentration alcohol wastewater, and the biogas produced was purified. When the digestion temperature is 55℃ , the alkalinity of mixed liquor is 3 000mg/L, and the organic load is 4 kg- COD/( m3·d) , the effluent VFA is below 500mg/L, pH is 6.7 to 7.6, and the specific volume biogas production is 1.8 m3/m3. The removal rate of COD by USR/UASB/aerobic process is 99% , and the effluent quality meets the discharge requirement. After purification treatment, the methane content in biogas is 98% , and the hydrogen sulfide content is below 20 mg/m3. The high value use of biogas is aehieved.
