摘要
采用固相萃取技术(solid phase extraction,SPE)对饮用水体样品中的7类30种抗生素药物残留(包括青霉素类1种、林可胺类1种、氯霉素类3种、喹诺酮类3种、四环素类4种、大环内酯类5种、磺胺类抗生素13种)进行富集,使用液相色谱/串联质谱仪(LC-MS/MS)的多反应监测模式(multiple reaction monitor,MRM)进行定性定量分析。该方法的平均回收率为61.89%~152.66%,相对标准偏差为1.60%~14.97%,方法最低检出浓度为1.5 ng/L,表明该方法完全适用于饮用水体中抗生素残留的监测分析。
30 kinds of antibodies (1 kind of penicillins, 1 kind of lincomycins, 3 kinds of chloramphenicols, 3 kinds of quinolones, 4 kinds of tetracyelines, 5 kinds of macrolides and 13 kinds of sulfonamides) in tap water samples were enriched using solid phase extraction and analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively using LC-MS/MS in multiple reaction monitor mode. The average recovery rate is 61.89% to 152.66%, the RSD is 1.60% to 14.97%, and the MLD is 1.5 ng/L. All the data show that this method can be used to analyze residual antibodies in water samples.
