区域民生科技创新系统的构建,是结合我国国情、解决民生问题、构建和谐社会的重要举措。协同创新网络是构建区域民生科技创新系统的基础,应根据区域民生需求,建立与区域发展相适应的民生科技协同创新机制,实现民生科技的区域发展互动。在政府积极支持下,通过企业、大学、研究院所、中介组织等区域民生科技创新主体的协同合作和共同参与,建立民生科技的创新服务体系等。

Building the regional livelihood science and technology innovation system is an important measure to resolve the people＇s livelihood problem and develop a harmonious society combined with the situation of China.Synergy innovation network is an important basis for regional scientific and technological innovation system.That should develop a compatible mechanism between the regional people＇s needs and synergy innovation;shape an innovation service system through regional cooperation such as business,universities,research institutes,intermediary organizations and local government.
