Study on Finance Supporting System and Policy to Strategic Emerging Industry Evolution: Based on Policy Finance Supporting Perspective

金融是现代经济的核心,是引导经济资源配置的重要动力机制。"十二五"期间,战略性新兴产业的培育、发展与升级问题已成为我国经济社会发展的重要战略目标,而金融体系在战略性新兴产业的培育、发展与升级过程中具有核心的支持作用。以生命周期理论的战略性新兴产业业态演进为切入点,构建了战略性新兴产业演进的政策性金融支持体系,并分别从政策性直接金融层面、政策性间接金融层面设计了战略性新兴产业演进的金融支持政策。

Finance is the core of Modern economic.And it has become the mechanism to Chinese economic development and industry structure adjustment.During the programming,cultivating and developing strategic emerging industry is the key point of promoting China＇s social and economic sustainable development at present.Financial support plays a key role of the core and foundation in fostering strategic industries.This paper deeply approaches to the problem to study on finance supporting to state developing of China strategic emerging industry,which will render important theory guide and strategy reference to China establishing scientifically high-efficiency industry development policy and finance economic policy,and which possesses very important theory and practice significance.
