摘要
近年来,企业管理者的社会关系成为战略管理领域的一个热门研究话题。在介绍管理者关系的概念及内涵基础上,从管理者关系的分类、影响管理者关系构建及利用的因素,以及管理者关系对企业绩效的影响这三个方面对管理者关系相关研究进行了回顾和总结。最后,预测了该领域未来可能的研究方向。
Managerial tie has become an important concept in strategic management field.This paper reviews research on managerial ties from three aspects： classifications of managerial ties,antecedents of managerial ties building and utilization,and impacts of managerial ties on firm performance.Suggestions for future research are also discussed.
