中国共产党建党90年来的历程,是以实现人的全面自由发展为神圣使命的历程。中国共产党一开始就以"为人类活动"为己任,明确在中国推进社会革命;中国共产党把马克思主义关于人的全面自由发展思想中国化,坚持人的解放应实现在具体的现实中而非抽象的形式上,从而建树起全心全意为人民服务的根本宗旨;新中国建国后,特别是改革开放进程中,中国共产党以高度的政治责任感和政治智慧,为走向人的全面自由发展的独特路径作出了艰苦卓越的探索;进入新世纪,以人为本的科学发展观对当代人类生存难题作出了中国式的独具优势的回应,开创着人的文明存在方式的新境界。

The founding of the CPC for 90 years is the progress of achieving the holy mission of man＇s overall and free development. From the beginning, the CPC aimed at the interests of human beings and determined to carry forward social revolutions; the CPC sinified Marxist concept of man＇s overall and free development, insisted that man＇s liberalization should be realized in realities instead of in abstract forms and therefore established the fundamental purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly. After the founding of the new China, especially during the reform and opening-up, the CPC, with a high political responsibility and wisdom, made hard and painstaking explorations for a unique path to man＇s overall and free development. In the new century, the scientific outlook on development of people foremost has made a Chinese-style advan- tageous response to the problem of human existence in modern times and therefore, is creating a new condition for human civilized existence.
