朝天门大桥施工方案优化分析

摘要 重庆朝天门大桥为190 m+552 m+190 m的三跨连续中承式钢桁系杆拱桥。该桥施工过程复杂,存在多次体系转换,有必要进行施工仿真分析,以确保结构的受力安全和施工的顺利进行。首先介绍了把施工过程看作一种特殊几何非线性的精细化施工仿真分析方法,然后通过施工仿真分析对施工方案进行优化。通过分析,证明了精细化施工仿真分析方法的可靠性和精确性;优化了临时墩脱空方案、边界条件措施等施工方案,保证了大桥的顺利施工。 There is Chaotianmen Bridge with three-span(190 m + 552 m + 190 m) continuous half-through steel truss arch bridge in Chongqing.Due to its complicated construction process and multiple system transform,the construction simulation analysis shall be done well to ensure the structure force safety and smooth construction.Firstly,the construction process is thought of as a special geometrical non-linearity elaborate construction simulation analysis;secondly,the construction plan is optimized by means of construction simulation analysis.The results analysis can prove reliability and accuracy of the elaborate construction simulation analysis method and can optimize the temporary pier bearing void plan,boundary conditions measures of construction plan,etc.,which can ensure the bridge project smoothly.
