摘要
浦东运河桥建设面临的进度问题是动拆迁完成时间的不确定性。仔细分解了预应力混凝土连续箱梁的施工工期。为确保结构贯通的时间节点,以加快施工进度为原则,制订了多方案的施工预案。分析了预应力混凝土连续箱梁和钢结构2种结构设计下,采用不同施工方案各自所需的工期,并根据4种预案所需工期,针对拆迁进度情况设置预案的启动时点。最后,介绍了采用的"支架现浇节段施工"预案在支架基础稳定性及线形、内力控制方面的施工控制要点。
It is the uncertainty of house moving completion that influences the construction process of Pudong Canal Bridge.The construction period of prestressed concrete continuous box girder is decomposed meticulously.The construction planning with multiple plans is made on the basis of ensuring the structure through and speeding up the construction process.According to two structure designs of prestressed concrete continuous box girder and steel structure,different construction plan may adopt different period.In the moment,the starting time is set up separately by four plans aiming at the house moving process.Finally,the plan of support cast-in-situ segment construction is presented in detail including the support basis stability,controls for linear and inner force.
