简单介绍了设计施工总承包的概念、特点,表明了设计施工总承包项目成功的关键是风险管理。风险管理包括风险识别、风险防范管理和风险监测。介绍了设计施工总承包的评标方式,列举了设计施工规范的确定、设计方案的定位、不可预见的地质条件等15项风险因素,强调了风险识别的必要性。介绍了合理确定风险因素、合理分配风险、风险转移和强化设计责任等4方面的风险防范和控制措施。最后,叙述了建立风险监测和总结制度对于提高企业风险管理水平的重要性。
The concepts and features of design & construction general contracting are introduced briefly,which can present the key point of successful general contracting project is risk management.And risk management includes risk recognition,risk prevention management and risk monitoring.Then,bid evaluation method of general contracting is presented and the necessity of risk recognition is emphasized covering 15 risk factors,determination of design and construction standard,location of design plan and unpredictable geological condition,etc.In the moment,there are risk prevention and control measure mentioned from 4 aspects of risk factors determination reasonably,risk distribution rationally,risk transformation and design responsibility strengthening.Finally,the establishments of risk monitoring and summary system are important to improve the enterprise risk management level.
