添加降黏剂对提高SMA路面低温施工质量的作用

摘要 针对沥青路面低温施工问题,结合某铣刨加罩工程,进行了添加降黏剂的SMA路面低温施工技术研究。经室内与现场试验研究表明:与常规热拌沥青混合料相比,添加降黏剂后的低温施工混合料在各项性能指标满足要求的同时,高温稳定性得到显著提高;降黏剂的添加大大降低了沥青混合料可压实温度,为施工碾压赢得了时间,可确保低温条件下沥青路面施工质量。 Taking a milling and covering project,the low temperature construction technology added with viscosity reducer on SMA pavement is researched aiming at relevant problems of this technology.The results of indoor and field tests can prove that low temperature construction mixture added with viscosity reducer can meet with the requirements of every performance index,compared with regular hot mixture asphalt.And in the moment,the high temperature stability can be improved obviously and viscosity reducer can lower the compaction temperature of asphalt mixture,which can save time for construction compaction and ensure the asphalt pavement construction quality under the condition of low temperature.
