中医药标准化的现状分析与思考

Status Analysis and Thinking on Traditional Chinese Medicine Standardization

标准是构成国家核心竞争力的基本要素,是规范经济和社会发展的重要技术制度。本文探讨了我国加强中医药标准化建设在适应中医药国际化发展,提高我国中医药国际竞争力、促进中医药发展,适应社会发展、提高人民健康水平等方面的重要意义,总结了我国中医药标准化工作取得的成绩,主要包括:初步构建了中医标准体系、加强了中医药标准化管理体制和运行机制建设、积极推进了中医药国际标准化工作3个方面进行深入思考、分析了中医药标准化工作中存在中医药标准体系不完善、中医药标准化管理体制和运行机制不健全、中医药标准推广应用局限、中医药标准化人才缺乏等问题,并提出了要积极开展中医药标准发展战略、发展规划研究;加强中医药标准基础性研究,着重解决共性、难点问题;加强中医药标准化人才培养;宣传、普及、推广中医药标准化知识,提高标准化意识;加大中医药标准化建设的经费支持等相应的措施。

Standardization is a basic element in the core competitive power of a country. It is also an important technical system for normalizing economy and social development. This article emphasized on the importance for enforcing traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） standardization to promote TCM development both at home and abroad as well as increase heahhcare level in China. Achievements on TCM standardization were summarized and the existed problems were also analyzed. Corresponding measures, such as strengthening personnel training for standardization of TCM, promote TCM standardization knowledge and increase financial support in TCM standardization, were also provide.
