The founding ceremony of the Chinese Experts Committee of the International Electrotechnical Commission （IEC）/Market Strategy Board （MSB） in conjunction with its first plenary meeting was held in Beijing on May 24, 2011 by the Standardization Administration of China （SAC）. Vice Administrator of SAC Fang Xiang addressed the meeting. 26 participants attended the meeting, representing from the electrician, electrical, electronics, energy, instrumentation and home appliance sectors, and flagship enterprises including Harbin Turbine Company Ltd., Media Group, Supor Electrical Appliances Manufacturing Co.,
