摘要
多层包扎尿素合成塔层板间隙、裂纹等处存在的腐蚀性产物是检漏蒸汽中携带的微量腐蚀性介质长期积聚浓缩形成的。腐蚀性介质的浓缩与检漏蒸汽压力、温度、检漏孔结构有关。降低检漏蒸汽的压力、采用其他检漏介质或采用真空检漏,可以消除腐蚀性介质的浓缩,从而能够避免尿塔层板应力腐蚀开裂的发生。
The corrosive medium in clearances and cracks of the multilayer urea reactors was a product of long-term accumulation of trace enrichment formed by the leak detection steam. Corrosive medium concentration has relation to leak steam pressure, temperature and leak detection hole structure. Reducing the pressure of the leak detection steam, using other kind of gases as leak detection medium or employ vacuum leak detection method, may eliminate the corrosive media concentration, and thus to avoid the occurrence of urea reactor stress corrosion cracking.
