应用布地耐德雾化吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的临床观察 被引量:9

Observation on pulmicort repuls inhalation of foggy in the treatment of chronic obstractive pulmonary disease at acute exacerbation phase

摘要 目的观察布地耐德(普米克令舒)雾化吸入对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)的临床疗效。方法92例AECOPD住院患者随机分为两组,观察组50例患者在常规治疗的基础上,给予吸入用布地奈德混悬液1mg+氨溴索15mg联合雾化吸入;对照组42例患者在常规治疗的基础上,甲强龙40mg静脉滴注,氨溴索15mg雾化吸入。记录两组患者用药7d前后PaO2、PaCO2、pH、HCO3变化,同时观察临床症状及不良反应。结果两组患者治疗后PaO2、PaCO2、pH、HCO3-均有改善,治疗3d的有效率分别为48.00%、23.81%,有效率差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论布地耐德雾化吸入能够改善AECOPD患者肺功能及临床症状,与全身使用糖皮质激素相比,起效更快、疗效更佳,且不良反应明显减少。 Objective To observe the clinic effect of pulmicort repuls inhalation acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD). Methods 92 patients with AECOPD were randomly divided into two groups:the observed group of 50 patients were given the treatment of budesonide (1 mg) inhalation of foggy twice a day, the control group of 42 patients were given the treatment of injection of methylprednisolone(40 mg)a day. Record the result of PaO2, PaCO2, pH, HCO2- on the seventh day, meanwhile observed the clinical symptoms as well as the side effect. Results The rate of efficiency of the observed group was 48.00%, while the rate of the control group was 23.81%, there was obvious difference between the two groups ( P 〈 0.05). PaO2 , PaCO2 , pH, HCO3- of the patients of the two groups both improved. Conclusions The treatment of budesonide inhalation of foggy can improved the lung function and the clinical symptom of patients with AECOPD,which with a faster and better effect and less side effect than glucocorticoid intravenously.
