慢性阻塞性肺疾病是一种慢性呼吸系统的常见病、多发病，它不仞累及肺，同时也可以累及全身．而全身主要表现为内分泌激素的变化，本文就慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺外表现与甲状激素、瘦素与胰岛素分泌之间的联系作一简要综述。

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） is a chronic disease of respiratory system thal encountered commonly and frequently, h is not only involving the lungs, but can also involvc the whole body, especially the changes of the endocrine hormones. This review is about the relationship between the extrapulmonary symptoms in patients with COPD and their secretion of thyroid hormones, loptin, and insulin.
