河南省兔隐孢子虫病流行病学调查 被引量:2

Study of the prevalence of cryptosporidiosis in rabbits in Henan Province

摘要 目的了解河南省兔隐孢子虫感染情况。方法采集河南省7个地区14个兔场兔新鲜粪样,采用饱和蔗糖溶液漂浮法和改良抗酸染色法检查隐孢子虫卵囊。结果共检测1 681份兔粪样,52份隐孢子虫卵囊阳性,平均阳性率为3.1%。小于1月龄兔、1~3月龄、3~7月龄和7月龄以上兔隐孢子虫感染率分别为3.7%、5.9%、3.2%和0.3%。长毛兔、肉兔和獭兔隐孢子虫感染率分别为0.2%、5.6%和3.0%。结论不同年龄段和不同品种兔均可感染隐孢子虫,对人类健康存在潜在威胁。 Objective To ascertain the prevalence of Cryptosporidium spp.in rabbits in Henan Province.Methods Fresh fecal samples from 14 rabbit farms in seven areas in Henan were investigated using Sheather's sugar flotation technique and the modified fast-acid staining.Results In total,1 681 fresh fecal samples were examined.Cryptosporidium oocysts were detected in 52 specimens,with an overall prevalence of 3.1%.Rabbits 1-month-old had an infection rate of 3.7%,those 1-3 months-old had a rate of 5.9%,those 3-7 months-old had a rate of 3.2%,and those over 7 months-old had a rate of 0.3%.Cryptosporidium prevalence in rabbits for wool was 0.2%,prevalence in rabbits for meat was 5.6%,and prevalence in rabbits for fur was 3.0%.Conclusion Different types of rabbits at various ages can all be infected Cryptosporidium spp.,presenting a potential threat to human health.
