Overview of clinical features of sparganosis mansoni in China

曼氏裂头蚴病由曼氏迭宫绦虫的幼虫引起的一种人兽共患寄生虫病,在我国分布广泛。本文对1949年10月-2010年7月我国大陆地区文献报道的836例裂头蚴病的地理分布、临床表现以及感染方式等进行了概述。

Sparganosis is caused by spargana, the plerocercoid larvae＇of Spirometra mansoni, and is a parasitic zoonosis that is widely distributed in China. This paper reviews a total of 836 cases of sparganosis reported in China's Mainland from October 1949 to July 2010 in terms of their geographical distribution, clinical manifestations, and mode of infection.
