Web technology has accelerated network globalization and informationization, and Web database has become the innovative field of teleservice systems. In this paper, importance and benefit of Web databases in teleservice systems of enterprises of manufacturers are emphasized. The principles of Web database realization are analyzed. The Web database in a Sino-German Cooperation Project is given as a practical example.
