摘要
进入21世纪以来语言教材已经改变了以名家名篇为主的做法,文化教材也逐步呈现出古今兼顾的态势。本文主张,语言教材应着力反映当代中国社会生活及其文化,并认为流传且影响至今的古代文化、当代社会生活中体现出的传统文化、被中国接受并影响至今的外来文化,都应视作当代中国文化。文章举例探讨了教材中文化内容呈现的得与失;强调文化呈现不应抱着"展示"和"弘扬"的心态,而应秉持平和、务实、超然的心态;呼吁加强具有普世价值的文化观念、中国吸收外来文化的介绍。
It has been observed that the conventional practice to select master pieces by well-known authors in textbook compiling is changing while a trend to treat ancient and current cultural contents equally is emerging in teaching materials in the new century. This paper argues that language textbooks should reflect the social life and culture of contemporary Chinese. It also indicates that ancient and traditional cultural phenomena that have handed down and that exist at present and foreign cultural elements that have been accepted in China should be regarded as constituents of contemporary Chinese culture. It cited examples from current textbooks to show the success and failure in the presentation of cultural phenomena. It emphatically points out that Chinese culture should not be presented with a ‘showing-off’ or ‘boasting’ attitude. Instead, the presentation should be above worldly consideration, moderate and practical. It is important to introduce universal cultural concepts and how Chinese culture absorbing nutrition from alien cultures.
