摘要
规范与自由是制度的两个主要价值存在,而谋求个体生命的自由才是制度更为本源的价值取向。目前大学制度中形式化、功利化、权威化的取向深深地戕害了大学人的生命,阻碍了大学创造力的生发。以人的生命为本、提供充分的休闲、建构一种柔性化的制度应成为建构大学制度的基本价值诉求。
Norm and freedom are two main values of the university system,and seeking freedom of the individual life would be the original value of the university system.The orientation of formalization,utility,and authority in the university system hurt human beings＇ life and hinders creativity.Caring for man＇s life,providing adequate leisure,and organizing a flexible system should be a basic orientation while constructing the university system.
