Based on the 'Implementation Plan of Basic Medicine System in Public Hospitals in Kunming',since June 1st,2011,9 public hospitals have begun to carry out basic medicine system,the sale of basic drugs without added profit should account for 10% of the total drug sale,and the local government would provide 15% reimbursement.Some hospital CEOs believe hospitals would benefit from this policy,and the revenue of hospitals would either more than or the same as the revenue before the implementation.
