低碳,正由承诺走向行动. 500多天前,哥本哈根气候峰会闭幕,意指降低温室气体排放的新词＂低碳＂,几乎一夜升温.伴随着温家宝总理在此次峰会上的庄严承诺,国民稍显钝化的生态意识亦开始被唤醒.

>November 25th,2009,Chinese government issued the goal of greenhouse gas release control in the future,that is,carbon dioxide release per GDP should be reduced by 40%～45% compared with that in 2005 by 2020.With this announcement,many healthcare professionals and hospitals began to wonder how to do low-carbon healthcare.
